Take Back the Night march

October 20, 2011

Take Back the Night is an annual event to support the fight against violence. This was a rally that took place in the streets of downtown Winnipeg. It was a reclaiming of the place where we are at our most vulnerable. Everyone has the right to live free of fear and violence. The rally was well attended, with many CUPE sisters and brothers marching.
